We use a unique soft-washing technique that gently treats and kills the moss on your roof. It is the only way that is recommended by the roofing manufacturers. Our process kills the moss instantly, along with the mold and black algae that grows on the roofs as well. Our technique kills the moss down to the roots. When the moss is scraped off of the roof, or pressure washed, it leaves the roots in the shingles which results in moss growing back again within a year. We treat the moss, allow the treatment to soak into it and kill the roots, then the moss shrivels up and turns into dust and falls away off the roof. This is the softest way of treating your roof, and the most long-term effective way. After a typical treatment, we expect the moss to stay at bay, and not grow back until 3-5 years because the roots have been treated and killed!
